Optional categories are off until you choose them. Accept all, Reject all, or save individual preferences. These choices apply to this marketing website in this browser, not automatically to the separate EZ Ai Assist application or other websites.
1. Essential storage and security
Essential services keep the website secure and remember your choices. They cannot be disabled in Cookie Settings. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions; it remains available when optional categories are rejected.
ezai_cookie_consent is a localStorage entry, not a cookie. It stores version 2, essential: true, your Performance and Advertising choices, and the time you saved them. It remains until you change it, clear browser storage, or the browser removes it. This version asks returning visitors to choose again for masked session replay. If storage is unavailable, new consent cannot be saved and optional services are not newly enabled.
Turnstile security tokens are held temporarily by the form and replaced when verification expires or resets. Cloudflare may use security-related browser mechanisms according to its service configuration. This website does not assign a fixed retention period to provider-controlled security data.
2. Performance / Analytics
This category permits the optional Unicorn Studio animated background. Without consent the existing static background remains. Loading the external service sends connection information, such as your IP address, to the provider. Its script is not requested before Performance consent.
When configured, Amplitude measures visits to public marketing pages and selected navigation and call-to-action clicks only after Performance consent. Events include public page and model/provider information, button labels, sanitized campaign tags, and referrer origin. Broad automatic event collection is disabled. Form contents, prompts, generated content, email addresses, and advertising click identifiers are not intentionally collected.
Performance also permits selectively masked Session Replay: a reconstruction of page layout, scrolling and interactions, not a camera or microphone recording. Public page text, navigation, pricing and signup labels are readable; inputs, editable fields, notifications, media, third-party frames and marked private regions are blocked. Pages with unrecognized URL parameters or sensitive fragments are excluded. Eligible consented sessions are sampled at 100%, subject to Amplitude project settings and limits. Replay may include allowed campaign/referral query parameters. Recordings can connect to the separate app's signup/pricing journey through the shared Amplitude identity, but that app requires its own consent and private workspace pages are excluded.
Replay batches are buffered in memory rather than persisted as a replay queue in browser storage. Amplitude may store SDK session-start bookkeeping in localStorage; server-side recording retention follows the Amplitude project's plan and settings. These records are separate from the shared AMP_ identity cookie. Withdrawal stops new recording and uploads but cannot recall data already sent.
Amplitude's first-party AMP_ cookie (followed by the first ten characters of the project key) stores device/session identity and may retain an internal app user identifier already associated with that identity. It expires after up to 365 days from renewal, uses SameSite=Lax, and is Secure on HTTPS. On the production website its domain is .ezaiassist.com, permitting identity continuity with the app when both configurations support it; consent itself is not shared between origins. Temporary AMP_TEST_ cookies may be created and removed during SDK initialization. This integration uses in-memory campaign attribution and does not persist an Amplitude marketing-campaign cookie or an unsent-event queue.
Revoking Performance stops future website analytics and refreshes the page. An existing shared Amplitude identity/opt-out cookie may remain until expiry or browser deletion; this website does not automatically erase identity used by the separate app. Requests already sent cannot be recalled. Amplitude's server-side data retention follows the project's settings and is separate from cookie lifetime. No advertising-pixel SDK is configured.
3. Advertising and referral attribution
eaa_incoming_ref is sessionStorage used to carry a competing referral offer across website navigation without replacing first-touch attribution. It is stored only after Advertising consent and lasts for the browser tab's session, or until Advertising consent is revoked.
eaa_ref is a first-party referral cookie used to remember a referral identifier. It is set only after Advertising consent, lasts up to 30 days, uses the root path and SameSite=Lax, and is Secure on HTTPS. Referral identifiers are not added by this website to app links without Advertising consent. App destinations themselves are unchanged.
Advertising also controls configurable third-party music-player embeds, because embedded providers may track activity. Until permitted, the player is replaced with a Cookie Settings prompt. Its cookies, if any, and their retention depend on the configured provider; there are no fixed provider-cookie names or durations defined by this website. First-party media previews do not require Advertising consent.
4. Changing or withdrawing your choices
Choose Cookie Settings in the footer on any page. Essential is always on. Save preferences applies your chosen toggles, Accept all enables both optional categories, and Reject all disables both. Closing the dialog without saving leaves your prior choices unchanged.
Revoking Advertising removes the website's referral cookie and unloads optional embeds. Revoking Performance refreshes the page to stop previously loaded third-party code. Withdrawal stops future optional activity but cannot undo requests already sent or erase data held by third parties. This website cannot remove cookies belonging to another domain.
Choices are shared between open tabs on the same origin when browser storage is available. Clearing site data or using another browser prompts again. You can also manage cookies through your browser's settings.
5. Privacy questions
The existing Privacy Policy explains broader personal-information practices. For questions or privacy requests, use Contact. This cookie interface is a preference-control mechanism and does not replace applicable privacy rights or provider policies.
